Current status
Checkout is not live. Standard launch credits are free, so no payment or refund is involved today. This page explains the policy we intend to apply when paid credits become available.
Planned digital-credit policy
Before paid checkout launches, this page will state the available packages, taxes where applicable, refund window, treatment of unused credits, and how to request support. We will not activate paid checkout without publishing those final terms.
Failed generations
If a generation fails before an artwork is delivered, Pawvitra returns the credit used for that task. This is an automatic credit restoration, not a cash refund.
Getting help
If you encounter a billing-related issue after paid features launch, contact support@pawvitra.com with the account email and relevant order details. Do not send payment-card details by email.
